USEEG founder Scott Sawyer installs a system recently for a customer in Sussex County.

Company offers a new era in energy efficiency

U.S. Energy Efficiency Group, a Salisbury, Md.-based company with a proven record of helping homeowners save money on their energy bills, recently announced plans to aggressively enter the southern Delaware marketplace.

Founded in the fall of 2006, USEEG offers installation, service and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems. They also deliver a promise to the homeowner that energy costs will be greatly reduced after the purchase and installation of a new energy-efficient system.

The company offers a “new era in energy efficiency,” a motto ownership adheres to on a daily basis.

“I have energy bills that clearly show the amount of money I can save a homeowner simply by switching to one of our high-efficiency systems,” says Scott Sawyer, the founder of USEEG and a 10-year veteran of the HVAC business. “I can save you money, keep you comfortable in your home and provide a level of customer service many larger companies just simply can’t, or won’t, offer. I stand behind my products 100 percent. If something goes wrong, I’ll be there to fix it.”

A success story in Wicomico County, Md., for the last three years, USEEG wants to bring the same level of customer service to customers in nearby Sussex County.

“I live and work so close to Delaware and have several customers there already, that I thought it only logical to officially enter that market,” says Sawyer. “I love what I do and I’m comfortable I can make a difference for anyone who wants to save on their energy costs. I want to do the same thing in Delaware that I’ve done in Maryland for the last three years.”

With the United States economy continuing to struggle with the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression, cutting costs has never been more important. While USEEG may be a relatively new face in the battle to save money, as well as the environment, it is already one of the best choices available.

The company, and Sawyer himself, is dedicated to 100 percent customer satisfaction and quality service.

“I don’t just come to your home, install your system and then leave with a handshake and a ‘nice to meet you’ attitude,” says Sawyer, a native of the eastern shore of Maryland. “I want to establish a relationship with you and let you know that I’ll be there if needed. I even have many of my customers who I become friends with on Facebook. It’s often as simple as sending a chat message on-line; if I’m on-line, I’ll reply and we can talk about your problem right then and there.”
